Hi, my name Krista I am very dissatisfied with my kid's senior photos.
My daughter was getting her photo taken Aug 14,2021 the photographer (He) was being unprofessional. When it came to her personal space, I was there with her and as the photographer took the picture, he went up to her and touched her neckless were it moved down to her cleavage I got up and told him that I can fix it, but he had already touched the neckless. When she was siting the front part of her cleavage was showing we also told him that she did not want her cleavage showing and was trying to fix the problem with her shirt then he finally hands us a clip to put on the back, of the shirt so her cleavage wasn't showing none of those photos were in her proofs or online on the website. And the photos that was asked to be deleted were not. I would like them to retake. My son had his senior photos was done; he got them back on Jan 13,2019, I would like to explain the situation on why I am contact now about his photos around that same time my grandmother passed away then couple months later suddenly my other grandfather passed away in the house that we live in then two weeks later my other grandfather passed away then with all that we went it to a shut down because of Covid-19 I wasn't able to contact you about some of his photos and the two canvases too, the pictures in each canvas his teeth were overly whited and in the picture with the green background its darker then the proofs that I was shown. I got 2 canvases and I would like two new ones.
