Hello,
I am not considering this entirely your fault, but upon placing my order it was dark in my car and I accidentally supplied my company credit card instead of my personal debit card. I went in and spoke with the Manage Ms. Lopez. I asked could she please refund the card in questions and recharge it to my personal debit card. She flat out refused. I cannot understand how this is possible, simply refund the credit card transaction and recharge the same amount on another card. Now I have to go through an extensive process with my company explaining the mistake. I would think this would be a very easy fix. Please get back to me for a resolution.

I am more than happy to supply the credit card number in question and pay with the correct card. I hope you can find a way to resolve this issue, as I believe it should be pretty straight forward.
