I ordered front door back in July of 2020. Door was defective when installed with scratches and marks but he installed it anyways. The door is very difficult to open and close. It is rubbing on bottom and side where locks are. You have to pull and push very hard to open and close. The company said it would be replaced in 2 weeks, January 2021. The Door is difficult to open and close it is not aligned right. Manager sent someone to look at Door finally in April 2021 but service man said he did not specialize in doors, that someone else would come out. Manager called and said that new door arrived in April but had crack and that new one would be ordered. I requested Door be removed and given refund. Manager was very rude and combative. Told me not to buy products from his store again. Manager called 7/29/21 said delay in Door and won't come till August now. I requested they remove Door and give me refund. Manager said no I could keep door and they won't come out to replace defective door he is not removing it or giving refund. I have been waiting for replacement Door for 9 months.
Desired outcome: Remove door and get refund or have someone come out and replace door from different window world
