Hello, I am a former employee at tropical smoothie and have had a very unpleasant experience working for the company. My manager, Joshua Soule, has verbally harassed all of his employees, including me. He curses to his employees, in person and over text. For example, "stop doing this [censored]", "[censored] you", "stop [censored]ing around". Not only does he yell and curse at his employees, he has done this to many many many customers too. I just wanted the company to know because I put my two weeks in as have other employees and it is important the company knows this.
