Everything offended her even though she was making many mistakes and couldn't do basic math without a calculator. She removed money from the gift card she gave us for trade-ins because the games were missing. We apologized but she wanted to keep all the receipts she gave us and refused cash for the missing discs. I asked if she could take a pic of the receipts on her phone instead of keeping them and this upset her and she refused to answer. She was given the receipts and then didn't want them. She slap the receipts on the counter. We didn't take them. She had made a big deal that her employer would suspect theft if she didn't have them. She was obviously insulted, was on the verge of tears, and spoke badly about us to other customers in front of us.
