I went into lansdale PA Bjs to return the plates I got that were the wrong size. Eileen was the employee that was there not a very pleasant worker said to me you can return the. You need to exchange them you need to get the right size ones. So I got the right size and she rand them up and a $2 coupon came up that I loaded on my card. She then Had hard time taking the refund for the plates so the other guy no name on badge just said person in charge had black hair with green mohawk came over and void the transaction. When the did the transact again my coupon didn't com up and she yelled and said there was no coupon I told her there was. Then she said it was nit the right one. The person in charge started to walk a way. I stopped he I show him he said it to late then Eileen statrted yelling at me again so I yelled back and said you don't yell at customer I was so angry the person in charge should not be in charge. I left the store in a fit of rage without the plate I want the credit for my plates please credit them. This my third call on this rep said someone would call me no call. If don't hear back from someone I will cancel my membership and see you in court for thr credit.
