This is not a serious complaint, just found a sign with a typo and it made me giggle. I’m sure Sheetz doesn’t want to have signs with typos posted in their gas stations. Apparently my complaint is too short, so in case you don’t see it the C in discover is missing. I saw it this morning 6/23/22 at 6:50.
Desired outcome: You guys rock, keep up the awesomeness!
Sheetz - Slow/poor quality service
Ordered fryz platter online at 1415 S Market St, Mechanicsburg PA store. I ordered before I left, 10 minutes to drive to the store, then stood in front of the online order rack for 20 minutes along with someone else who had ordered about the same time I had. Meanwhile groups of in-store customers came and went--it would have been a lot faster if I had just ordered in store. By the time anyone said anything my food felt lukewarm when I got it, and by the time I got home the fries were soggy and lukewarm at best, as though they had been sitting behind the counter the whole time I was standing there. I get Sheetz very often, and I have never had such a negative experience before. I will never be going to that location again

I order a hot chicken wrap with extra chicken off of the menu this morning at 8:19 and the staff forgot to heat up the chicken before it was given to me. It clearly says on the menu that a chicken wrap is supposed to be a hot wrap. Also, the wait was about 8 minutes this morning and I didn't have time for them to remake the wrap since I had a doctor's appointment for my daughter.
