There needs to be a better system when opening a new register. This is more a general complaint than to this specific store. I went during the busy lunch hour and there was only one register open with a very long line. The cashier was doing a great job of keeping it moving. After I had been in line for approximately 7 or 8 minutes they opened another register, however they did not take the people who were already in line and waiting first. The people who were in the back of the line jumped to this line as well as people who had not been in line previously. They were all waited on and gone before I got checked out. When I was finally checked out and I went to pick up my frozen drink, it was no longer frozen. Perhaps some kind of serpentine system would make it fair so that even if a new register should open, people would still be waited on in the order that they got in line.
