I’m sorry to say I’d like to file a complaint about one of your employee named Ralph at this sheetz location 1401 W Harrisburg Pike so I went in to this location witch I’ve been going to the last 3 years with no problem nor neither have an issue I’m actually good friends with some of the workers that work there but I went in on April 13 on a weds at around 9:40 or so to get snacks and drinks and some tobacco and say Hi to a friend Ralph had a problem with me the other night went I came in and asked for gas I tried yelling to get there attention cause there was just 3 of them standing in the kitchen not doing anything only Ralph yelled at me was rude another employee rung me out for my gas and I was on the way now I went in on this day to say hi to a friend she was working in the kitchen he said who you talking to and I said not you why you worried about it he continued to be smart and cuss and swear at me he even actually called me a [censored] in uniform he left the kitchen and walked right up to me and got in my face I thought he was going to swing on me I never thought I’d have to try and defend myself against an employee at sheetz this is 2 times in a week he’s giving me a problem and disrespected me, called out my name I honestly do not believe he represents your company well at all I believe there should be immediate action taking against Ralph was way to comfortable treating me with disrespect the way he did behind the counter and on the sales floor I hope you guys take my complaint in to immediate consideration
Desired outcome: Demoted!!!! Or some type of action needs to be taken his customer service is HORRIBLE!
Sheetz - Customer service
Today I was in sheetz about 5:50pm and I had 2 gifts cards one used and one not used but I wasn't sure so the gentleman that waited on me figured out which card had cash on it. However because my total was higher than what I had on the card the transaction wouldn't go thru. The gentleman got his supervisor Serena for help she came over and was explaining to him so why she asked me this question is beyond me but she said what are you using EBT. I said EBT what makes you think that's what I'm using she I don't know. I said it your sheetz card why would I be using EBT. She stereotype me because I'm African American if the issue was the gift card then she knew what type of payment I was using. She should address me and said what form of payment are using that would of been the proper thing to do and with her being a supervisor she know that. I will not be back to sheetz cause I see racism exist within there establishment. Serena needs to be address for the ignorant question she asked. I will be reporting this to corporate as well.
