Burger King - App and store at 121 Walmart Drive North Versailles Pa

Good morning,

I have to complain about a few things. Sorry. Firstly, your app is absolutely HORRIBLE. Not user friendly at all.

Yesterday I ordered on the app at 4:15 pm as I was in between jobs and didn't have time to make any food. This store located at 121 Walmart drive in North Versailles Pa can be on my way home from job #1. Firstly I made the detour to this particular restaurant because I had a T-mobile Tuesday coupon for a free Whopper with a purchase. I applied the code, however I was charged full price.

There is NOwhere on the app to cancel NOR change the order. I not only had the perk from tmobile but I also had paper coupons in my car yet I paid full price. I thought I could perhaps speak to a manager in person. When I arrived at the store at approx 4:31pm the front of the house was pretty full as was the drive in. There was nowhere of check in. I waited in line to tell them that I had placed and paid for a mobile order. My number was 27. They were serving #33. When I asked about my order, the employee looked at me like I was speaking an unknown language. I addition, all of the employees were walking around looking like they had NO clue what they were doing. I did not get to speak with a manager NOR did I see one.

I waited approximately 30 minutes. I got my food at almost 5:00pm. I still had to drive home, change and get to my 2nd job. I didn't get to eat my food because it was the wrong order. I did eat my sides and drank my diet cola.

The LAST time I ordered at this store, my mother and I both had ordered from the app with the T-Mobile code, paid for our meals, went through the drive through only to find out that they couldn't make any burgers. They couldn't refund us as the app and stores don't play well together. So we had to accept a chicken sandwich which was absolutely horrible. I didn't eat that either. I understand that it's nearly impossible to get employees but this store is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be visiting this store ever again.

And finally, I would like reimbursed for my/our 3 meals in my last two visits.

Claimed loss: 3 whopper meals

Desired outcome: reimbursement for 3 whopper meals and hopefully improving your app.
