I am very disappointed in how you have allowed your manager of that store disrespect your brand and motivation for opening such a store in my community. Exactly since this person hired to managing this store merchandise not shelved in a timely matter. She has more breaks than the norm. Also, discouragingly her help to not do their jobs. One thing she is great at; showing customer where an item may be found, or walking with you to find something while engaging in long conversations that has absolutely nothing to do with why I am visiting the store. I am not trying to get anyone fired but please bring my favorite store back to making me proud to shop there.
