I have booked a two bed room for three people, and while we get to the hotel at 12 pm .The front desk stuff gave us a room with one bed and one sofa.I complain to him but he just said"if you dont want to live here, i will do check out right now and take your bag leave here".So?I am the begger? But he really did know that he had made a mistake.And i haven't check in the hotel but i had received a cridit card bill on my way to Philadelphia.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
