Giant Eagle - Horrible employees

On february 17 2021 I entered the giant eagle on rodi road in penn hills. I was stopped by a black woman wearing a 'store locator' tag on her chest. She refused to allow me to proceed into the store because my face mask was not covering my nose. I explained to her my health issue which I did not have to do. Stating I have sinus issues and cannot breathe. She repeatedly blocked my attempts to go around her mumbling I have no idea what. I told her I could not understand what she was saying as I have a hearing problem. She remarked "sure you do" sarcastically. She told me she would shop for me. Seriously? Putting her dirty hands all over everything? I stated no I don't know what I want. The idea of 'shopping" eludes these people. She then took out her phone and began to videotape me. I told her that's illegal and yes I was cursing. I am a physically handicapped person and this woman was irritating. She told me I had to leave the store then. She followed me out to the door videotaping me all the way and followed me to my car and took pictures of my license plate too. Continuing to videotape me as I got into my car. Another male employee dressed in black had come over to her inside the store and put his hands on me. She told him don't do that. I have been a long time customer of giant eagle, but no more. I was told to get out because its private property. No matter I schooled this horrible woman that the mandate states those with health problems do not need to wear a mask. These employees have swelled heads when given a bit of authority. This woman caused me to have anxiety and a bout of shortness of breath.

Desired outcome: FIRE THAT WOMAN

Same thing happened to me.
I walked into a get go in cranberry on rt 228 some employee man behind the counter yelled really rude at me to get a mask, I totally forgot and went to my car to get one, came back in and was in line when another man walked I. The door and he immediately was rude to him also, I then told the employee that he was rude and didn’t have to be so in friendly to people and had no right to talk to people the way he did.he didn’t like what I had to say and then told me I was no longer aloud in the store, and wouldn’t even sell me gas after I already had a mask on, who are theese people who make $10 a hour think they r the mask police.
I told him I was gonna call his manager and the guy rudely next to him said I am his manager and was also very rude.
I will never shop at any giant eagle location ever again.
