Drive thru, terrible service. Waited in the parking lot for them to bring my order to me. I realize we probably waited because of the fish sandwich. I was almost at the point of going in to get the food, but defeats the purpose of using the drive thru. I took the food home to find 3 onion rings in a value onion ring. Even worse a screw! With breading on it! My child bit down on it, not realizing it wasn't food. Completely unacceptable! I'm horrified at the lack of attention to your food quality. My husband spoke with the manager, sherry, (8/13/2019 @ 4:35pm) at that facility, she said it's an issue with where the product came from. She will file a complaint with that company. They will contact us. I would expect better service and product from a company that has been around for such a long time. Very disgusted and disappointed.
