Sheetz - Contaminated food product

I purchased a tasty kake honey bun on May 27th at the Sheetz location at 1189 N Ctr. Somerset, PA. The package has an expiration date of 6/13/22 but the product was molded and inedible. I did not receive a receipt but the payment was made with an Amex ending in 1007. Transaction total was $9.26

Desired outcome: I would like a refund

Sheetz - very rude manager + id refusal

6/6/19- around the late evening. Sometime around/after 11 pm
I am 19 year old who does not have a drivers license, simply because I have never taken the test. So that means I have a drivers permit, which is a paper, photo id provided by the pennsylvania department of transportation. I can use that id for cigarettes, (and beer if I were 21). I went in to the #179 sheetz to get 1 pack of cigarettes, and the woman, misty, (who seemed new, which is fine) turned toward her manager (whos name I can not remember) and asked if she were able to accept said id, (a very good question, to which the answer should have been yes) I stood there and nodded my head, and looked to the manager, to which she rudely replied, "no, don't" and walked away! I of course am shocked because every week I am there using that legal, paper, photo identification, and everytime (at the same sheetz) it is accepted! I looked at them both and said, "uh, but this is an accepted id, I use it here every week, you are legally permitted and obligated to accept it." they looked at me, and the new one said "well, I need the one that scans." sweetheart, you type it in as I have seen (and done myself), and/or scan it!
I simply left, because obviously the manager had no people skills whatsoever so there was no need to try and inform her what a legally accepted identification is.
But, before I left I went to the restroom and when I came out the manager and the other cashier were rudely talking about how "some girl came in here trying to use paper as an id, causing problems." excuse me? No one caused a problem. I did accept her "no, don't" even though it was, in fact, entirely wrong!
I love sheetz, one of my very favorite places, but I have never seen or heard such rude people. I am a cashier myself and I can assure you I know every id acceptable, and not acceptable. If it is a photo id distributed by the pennsylvania department of transportation with an issue date, expiration and birth date, it is legally accepted. It has to be accepted! Oh, and make sure when you start talking poorly about customers, out loud, to make sure they actually left the store.
And stop degrading those who have "paper id's", you have no idea why that person has one. Personally, it is because, as I said, I do not have a license yet! And that shouldn't even need explained!
I can't even explain how badly I felt after I heard all of the things they were saying about me. Why should I feel bad for having a drivers permit? Absolutely ridiculous. : (

Please, train employees to know the ids accepted and not accepted. Also, not to just simply say "no" because you're in a bad mood. This also means not rudely talking about the customers you refused service too, right in front of them.
Overall, I hope misty is not in trouble, she was just listening to her very rude manager. All of them need a lesson in people skills (I know, its hard sometimes) and in photo identification.
