I & my husband took his 2013 lexis in to purchase 4 tires. 1/5/23, the man told us the price. Fine, told us it would be about 2 hours. We walked a block had lunch, did some shopping. Got back about 2.5 hours later. The truck was still seating where he left it with the old tires on it!. The guy that waited on us was gone-no one the customer area. My husband went into where the mechanics and vehicles were. The guy told us that it would be another 2 hours. We asked for the guy that had waited on us, ang was told "he left." the mechanic told us to come back at opening tomorrow, at 7am. We were there at 6:50am. At 7 left the keys - went to work. I called at 12:30, 1/7/23, was told the truck would be ready by 3:30 pm.. Arrived the truck was in the back-I could see, it looked like no new tires. The service man told us it would be about 30 minutes to put the tires on! This is horrible service. This would have been an $900.00+ job. Horrible service. I feel that my time and coming from cheltelham need to be compensated. I came from service and was treated so unfair-is it a color thing, is it because I am not from ardmore/I will tell everyone about this firestone! 305 e lancaster ave. Wrost place of business.
