Outback Steakhouse - The managers

I work at outback steakhouse in Easley SC and bout two almost three months ago now I had asked my manager about a raise he said if I got to work on time for two weeks straight that he would give me a raise well I that for a month and a half got to work on time and everything well I asked him again could I get my rais3 since I did my part of the deal and he gives me a excuse saying that the chicken tenders waist needed to go down but that wasn't part of the deal and now it's been two more weeks now and the waste has went down tremendously and he still won't forfill and keep his end of the deal the managers that told me that was Stephen still and Robert harper and I'm the only one that keeps the fryers clean and grease change nobody else so y is it so hard to get a raise I have been making what im making a hour now for over a yr and a few months im Always at work I never call out for anything
