Domino's Pizza - My dominos order

I ordered a pizza from y9ur Gaston, SC location at about 3:45 pm this afternoon, Friday 8/6. I got the pizza at 5:15 today, but it was cold *and* overcooked as if the hour it was in the car on the way to me (thanks to you GPS online). There was also no dipping sauces that I ordered
I called and asked to speak to the manager but after twelve minutes gave up

Desired outcome: At the least a callback from someone
