I scheduled an appointment today for 10:30 am, online. I arrived early. When I walked in there were 4 women there, 2 were with clients and the other 2 nothing. I thought this is great, now I can get in and get going. I needed a trim and wax. So 10:45 arrives and these clients are gone, these ladies just kept talking among themselves. I walked out hearing one of them ask " who is she waiting for" well duh...someone to do my hair and wax. I've been using Supercuts for years, recently moved from PA and was glad there was one near my house.
So I will not be going back there. This treatment was unacceptable .mi hope that you care enough to tell them this is not how customer service works.
