Cinnabon - 4 pack cinnabon

Asked for a 4 pk to go, I was told that she had to check in the back, which they were right in front of her in a case! Why check in the back?
The worker also tried to sell us something we didn't order! Why?
Well I purchased the 4 pack anyway, needless to say when we got them home they were so hard and stale, even when we heated them!
They were terrible and not worth $15.00!

Desired outcome: REFUND
