I had been staying at the woodsprings suites in Simpsonville south Carolina since July 4th 2022 .. never late or behind on my payments often paid days early not once had a complaint from staff or management I was always respectful and always helpful when asked if I could lend a hand to help with a heavy item even would pick up trash from the parking lot that some guests would throw out to be helpful ... I'm only human and I have a past as no one is perfect..3 years Pryor to march 12 2023 I was arrested for and alleged crime I posted bond and changed my life over that time my resident's changed a time or two I failed to notify the court of my address change which resulted I'm a warrant being issued for my arrest for failure to appear I was arrested true enough but not for committed a new crime and not because I did something to cause law enforcement to be called there they simply checked the registration list at woodsprings suites in Simpsonville south Carolina and ran all the names registered through ncic and got a hit on my name which should be against policy they came to my room arrested me with out incident or a scene after I was taking away my wife was told she had to get out immediately I had paid a weeks rent 4days earlier and 2 full days before it was even due I had to supply my on toilet paper and clean materials the whole time I never once complained about it my room was not up to the standard for the money I was paying but I never once complained I was often locked out of my room for hours at times because no one being in the office to scan my key card I still didn't complain but like most people that have to stay at a extended stay money is most likely tight I work extremely hard for my money and I truly fill victimized be a company that I paid for 8 months faithfully on time I need that few hundred dollars back they stole I don't just want it I wasn't staying at woodsprings to party or hang out with friends it was my residence and I treated it with respect and everyone there as well I hope you all will reconsider the refund policy because it isn't fair to the decent hard work class people with out your customers you have no business we support y'all maybe y'all should appreciate us a little more than you do
Desired outcome: Would like to be given a credit for the days I was paid up to also would like to keep doing business with your company I've been a great customer and pleasant guest
WoodSprings Suites - telephone service
I have been staying at Woodspring Suites in simpsonville sc for a couple of years now due to extenuating circumstances. We have been in this room 327 for about 6 months and the phone will not dial out. . The management keeps giving me oh they have to call a repairman, well I am still waiting on one. Then they say oh they have to check the line inside the wall. But no one has been up to check anything. I pay for a service that isn't being utilized due to the inefficiency of the hotel. I just want to be able to use the phone when needed. Can you please help ?
