I placed a complaint via the 800 number for Taco bell on 11/3/19 and spoke with a very lovely young lady. She let me know that a Local District Manager would be contacting me in a few days, that has not happened.
I ordered via phone app - requested to have ready by 130pm - I noticed that it said ready at 12:55 pm so I knew I was going to get a cold meal which was a very large order for my construction crew. When I arrived at 130, I was right, it was cold and all five cinnamon twists were missing. That was found out after i waited multiple minutes for someone to even approach the front counter, or acknowledge me, no one walked up, they spoke to me from the back. When they brought up the large bag, I let them know that it was all cold, I received a bunch of stairs from the workers in the back and no one was willing to come help me. I understand a busy lunch hour but I was a customer like everyone else. I have not heard from the DM to resovle this as I was told would happen. I would like a refund, please.
