USAA - Auto insurance

Was a USAA customer for over 15 years, after a speeding ticket 44/35 on a speed trap zone and an accident where I disputed being at fault, USAA canceled my insurance after I complained online on Facebook. They use the Orwellian Lexis-Nexis database and faceless underwriter. They raised my rates by 1400 dollars per six moths. I am a retired Army Sergeant with limited funds.

Desired outcome: Reinstatement of old policy at a fair rate and apology.
