My first a/c fail was August 2016 while returning from CO to CA then back to WA. Not having funds I put it off until the following May of 2017. service invoice attached. Worked fine for rest of the summer. April 30th of 2018 it was intermittent & took it for repair: Invoice attached: returned to plum Street Automotive for further service May 3. 2018. Invoice is attached. It once again failed & was told I best take it to the Ford dealership. May 30, I took it to Mullinax Ford. They were very professional, courteous, understanding. They even extended a 10% discount on parts & labor. Invoice attached. April of 2019 when I turned it on, it did not function. I was making a trip to my son in Tennessee & took it to Jenkins & Wynn's. They were initially courteous but, failed to honor the appointment set aside for my car, the had no courtesy car until the morning of the last day of service, they were not empathetic or willing to offer a discount on any service stating their prices were low to honor the military clientele.
Upon leaving for Colorado June 21, 2019, a blue fog/cloud came out of the vents located above the radio.
I had no a/c driving from Missouri to Colorado & Missouri mostly mid 90 degrees.
Olympia is located close to JBLM a military base. The Mullinax warranty is for 2 years, until May 2020 - the Jenkins & Wynn's warranty until May 2021. Jenkins did state emphatically, it covers Only the parts replaced.
I have spent a total of $3193.78 of which $2747:96 was spent at a Ford Service Auto Service center.
I'm at a loss, senior on fixed income, not going to have it service unless there's a guarantee ‘until a/c functions as it should'.
It was recommended I trade it in, but very skeptical of recurring issues in other Ford vehicles.

Respectfully submitted, I love the Ford Escape but at a loss how to rectify.
Thank you for reviewing & a response.
