On Dec 31st 2022 at 3:30pm Outback Steakhouse Germantown Pwky Cordova TN 38018 my husband and I arrived to eat an early dinner. My car was parked directly under a camera. At 4:30 we were leaving to find that my car was stolen. We called the police and went back into OUTBACK and asked to speak to a manager that our car was stolen and the police needed camera footage. The police office was standing with me. The manager never came out but told an employee to tell us the cameras do not work and that this happens all the time. She took our name and number and said the manager would be in touch. The cops told them that cameras need to be working. Never heard from manager and I filed a complaint then as well. Cameras are supposed to keep patrons safe I thought but apparently that is not a concern. The same thing happened 2-10-23 to my neighbors while at OUTBACK and they were told the same thing that this happens all the time. This dinner ended up costing me $15k after insurance. Due to lack of concern, professionalism and communication I will be contacting my Attorney and I have already contacted the news as well. My PAID FOR car was totaled
Desired outcome: I would like a response/ apology as well as recoup my losses.
When a business that claims to be reputable does not respond to a concern as stated above, it appears that they are just as criminal as those that stole the cars. Does someone need to get killed before this is addressed?
