When I checked in 3 days ago, my stay here was for 4 days total. My room was dusty and the bath tub was not clean. I don't expect perfection but I do expect a clean room. The receptionist never smiled once, I have had to go to the front with immediate regret to ask for extra bathroom products and was given attitude about it. There is plenty of noise in the hallways and no one seems happy at this job. NO ONE! I can see why the service is terrible and the staff is obviously unhappy and rude. Let me come in this facility for one day and see what I do to turn this place around into a 5 star hotel. 🌟
Desired outcome: As per the notation above of "the company can't read your mind and, therefore, can't decide what you want on your behalf" immediately tells me there is a huge issue to be immediately addressed.
