The lenoir city office ruin my car's paint and they won't take responsibility. They fail to provide me info on how to apply a coat of paint from a paint can they sell.
They were supposed to tell me that before applying the paint I should of prepair the area before applying it. I went back to the store and they said they could do nothing for me.. That it was my fault. I called corporate spoke to randy reginal manager.. He said he could not do anything for me.. So far the worst experience at a auto parts place, im very upset of how they treated me. Besides ruining my cars paint. Corporate is no better than the stores managers!
Claimed loss: THE BACK OF MY MUSTANGS WHERE I SPRAID THE CAN OF PAINT LOOKS REALLY BAD ITS CRACKED
Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE AUTOZONE TO HAVE IT FIX..CAUSE I BELIEVE ITS THEIR FAULD!!!!!
