By far the worst service dept. I've ever dealt with...rude non-professional people running it. I have left several voicemails for the service manager
but he (John Brown) will not call me back. They had my Jeep Wrangler 4 weeks without resolving my issue. I took it to another dealership and due to their negligence I'm having to pay money out of pocket for the repairs. My Jeep was bought in February 2019... I should not be dealing with these type of issues on a new vehicle. I still have factory warranty along with the extended one... but it doesn't do me any good when things are being repaired that don't need it or not covering what they are doing... which still isn't fixing my issue. I will NEVER take it back to this location. I will drive out of state first. I have copies of records if needed for proof.
