On October 13 th, 2019i walked in the America's Best Value Inn in McMinnville TN. I payed for three nights with my Discover Card. I still have my receipt.. it came to $233.49..64.99 + tax a night.. I finished my business a day early so the night before I told a lady behind the counter I was leaving a day early... very early and to leave a note for them the next morning.. she said they would take care of it... I got my Discover bill at the end of the month.. the full charge was on there.. I called twice that Saturday and they would not give me an answer.. ask for my phone # and would call me back.. I had to call them back Saturday afternoon.. ask me to call back Monday.. I did.. ask me to call back Tuesday.. this is very.. very.. bad business.. please call this motel and have them put my reimbursement for one night back on my card.. I will not stay at any of these motels again and I'll see to it that no one I know.. family or friends do either...
Americas Best Value Inn - filthy rooms
The America's Best Value Inn in McMinnville TN is the worst hotel I've stayed at. The hotel itself is dirty and dilapidated. Didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. Got to the room and it was disgustingly dirty. Pop cans and candy rappers stuck behind the bed from the previous guests. An inch of dust on the TV counsel and broken bathroom fixtures. The shower was moldy and there was no towels or tiolet paper in the bathroom. Paid for a double king and the beds are queen or maybe even a full sized. The Best Value Inn in Marion, IL was much nicer and cheaper but after this I will never stay at this hotel chain again

Stealing money off of my and my daughter card and she has never stayed there Unsafe / unsanitary room, lack of response, lies Hotel kept my money and the room was already paid for. rude employees, old/worn bedding, bad housekeeping Fix this place. Of course it would be nice to be refunded. That's not happening I'm sure.Giving a Voice to Consumers
