We went on July 22, 2023 to the Texas Roadhouse in Morristown, TN. My husband tried and tried to call to put our order in. Every time it would have the recording to want you to put the order online so finally my husband put the order in online. The order was 2 full rack of ribs with double fries on the sides on both ribs and a dozen rolls and butter. Well when they brought our meal to us my husband checked it . It had no sides so my husband went in and told them that the order had no sides. He ordered sides . Why would we pay full price and not get the sides. That dont make sense. They made my husband pay $13.13 for the fries. We already paid $53.74 for the meals. Then we waited for 40 minutes and they never brought the fries to us so my husband went in again to get it. By that time our other food was cold. And they didn't give us the rolls that come with the meals. I ordered a extra dozen of rolls and all they gave us was 2 small cups of butter with all them rolls. The service was awful.we have ate there several times and this was the worst. My name is Christel Wise.
Texas Roadhouse - 3 6oz steaks and a 16oz steak!
We ordered 4 steak meals and they was so burnt u couldn’t even eat them! When u pay that much money for meals! You expect them to be Able to eat! And the corn was burnt up to! It was completely black! I ask for 6 rolls only got 4! Time was 5:15 pm
Desired outcome: I would like a refund!!
Texas Roadhouse - No rolls
I placed online order on Feb. 27 2020 got all way home no rolls. I spent 43.87 drove away to Newport and no rolls Really!

To begin with, as always the wait was horrible but we toughed it out the hour + that it took to patron your establishment. Then after calling ahead to make sure that they accepted the coupon cards we had and explaining we were coming in 2 families TOGETHER and would be doing separate checks . We were assured 100% that we could use 1 per each check, we were also told that the coupon card we had for a free kid's meal with adult purchase would apply to each adult meal purchased. We specifically asked so if we buy 3 adult meals we can get 3 kids meals free and we were told yes. Once we waited the hour + got in, we were informed later that no they would not honor the adult meal with free childs for anything over 1 and that we could not use the other one because they seated us all together so we are considered 1 table even though its 2 checks. We called and asked about all this b4 coming. I'm so upset I am actually still sitting in your establishment writing this .
Texas Roadhouse - I am complains about pests on my table at you’re restaurant
I was at this restaurant on 10/3/2019 between 8:30 & 9:19pm. We had table 123/1 When our food was brought out to us not even two minutes later we had several ants on our table . We asked our waitress who was amazing thru all this for a manager. She quickly got "Anthoney ". He came to the table and said "I hear you have some guests" we said we have had 4 at this point since our food has came out. He then continued to say I'm sorry at this moment all I can say is "we have exterminators in every week" then said I'm sorry and walked away. Which in my eyes is not enough. We came to eat dinner here because we were celebrating on buying our new home in town.At this point I will never eat at this facility ever again. I have never had such a terrible experience and from a manager none the less at any Texas Roadhouse. I would like someone to follow up with me please.
