I went to castle dental to see about getting a tooth filled.they charged me 70.00 dollars that trip and gave me a receipt andpapers showing what I spent and it cost.they only done a xray and looked at my teeth on august 14th.i had to make another app. to have my tooth pulled on august 27th.after the dentist filled my tooth I went out front to check out.i asked for a receipt and the papers showing what they did.i could not get a receipt for my money they charged me, that was 170.00 dollars.the girl at the front desk later said that I only gave her 160.00 dollars.i told her I only had 200.00 dollars in my wallet and when I left I only had 170.00.she had put in the computer 160.00 dollars.so she stole my 10.00 dollars.they said the computer was down as the reason I could not get a receipt.i called and talked to the office mgr.and asked her to mail me the papers and receipt on a Thursday and she said that she would do that.as of today it had been 5 days and I have not gotten it yet.i also called this morning sept. 9 and the girl would not let me talk to the mgr.dont go to this dentist in Tullahoma if you care about being over charged and your money taken by the employee.
