I went to Burger King yesterday June 1, about 12:30 and there was a sign said "exact change or credit card". Fine, I went thru the drive-thru and when I finally got to the window to pay the lady with long eyelashes took my credit card and did not give it back. She was busy taking orders and getting drinks and forgot to give me my card. The next lady gave me my food and did not return my card. I asked for my card and receipt for the order. She said she could not give me a receipt and asked if I wanted a pic of it. REALLY? What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is this? I still got no receipt. I am calling my bank to find out how much they charged me for the order. Where are these people from some third-world country? This is Texas and we expect better service from you people.
Desired outcome: Get me my reciept and fix the stinking problem with your management.
