I am an American Citizen who lives in Spain since October of 2011 due to a Job offer, I visit USA periodically to spend time with my Family and love ones, as well to check on my bank account and my personal affairs in the State of Jacksonville Florida. On April of 18, 2013 I wrote to Experian a letter, seriously asking this Company to send me inmediately a copy of my Credit Report because I have received letters at my home Address I use in USA, which is my Brothers home, of denying me of credit from Companies like Amex and Visa. I tried several times, (From my residence home in Spain and spending hours and money in long distance calls) in attempting to find out why is the reason that Experian is sending information about my Credit to Credit companies in the USA when I have not open any credit cards since I left USA in 10/11, in fact!, I paid all my creditors in June of 2011 prior to my temporary move to Europe. When I finally reach a person in Experian, they put me in hold for over 10 minutes, and when the person returned to the line told me that they can not explain anything to me over the phone, that I will have to send them a letter requesting my Credit Report with copies of my USA Identifications attach in order for them to know who I am. I made copies of my Florida License (wrote VOID all over the copies to avoid fraud since I had no other choice per their request in order to receive my Credit Report), and I mailed this letter with the copies on April 18, 2013 and still have not heard or received my Credit Report from Experian. I am getting very worry, I was already worry because Experian is been giving information about my Credit to companies while I am not in the states and I deserve an Explanation. As an American Citizen, I still filed taxes every year in the USA and I am Entitle to obtain at least once a year a copy of my credit report, and SPECIALLY IF I HAVE A FEELING THAT FRAUD WITH MY IDENTITY IS BEEN GOING ON IN MY ABSENCE FROM USA. Can someone please help me out and find out why Experian is not providing me the information I have request from them?... Thank You Damaris G. Rivera
