Everybody Sorry to say this, I had a Very bad and poor experience with this company Just because me and my brother have two separate accounts there saying only one is allowed per household which he does not even live with me and because of this they went in an suspended our account saying we "violated the policy". And now got an email: We have made the decision to remove your account at this time. We will not be able to reinstate your account and Member Support will not be able to discuss your suspension over the phone. Per the terms of our User Agreement:18. Right to Suspend or Remove Users.
uShip - shipping people not being held responsible for their payment of damages
One of their Shipper damage a headboard that he did not secure and protect. I had to refund the money to customer. Now the shipper will not pay for the damages and as he quoted and demanded. "And you know. Uship is just a board like eBay. Unless you bought Uship insurance. Which most don't because each transporters carries their own. And that's not how it works, I delivered it, and it is at its rightful destination. Now I did what I was hired for. And as for the damage I've already stated that my insurance covers the repair. He just has to get it done" This was his response and we had all the pictures and proof that it was sent to him and UShip. He then refuse to answer his phone or email. No one is trying to support the users of this company. They actually close the ticket that they said they would track to get this fix between us and shipper without even contacting us.
Unhappy customer with a $700 loss.
I'm out 1800.00 that the mover (Gerald Brown) did to my house...USHIP does not give a crap.
