I made an online order for $60 well over a month ago and never heard anything about it. Finally I called FedEx to find out why I have yet to receive my order and they tell me they lost it and I needed to contact sensors. I contacted spencers and they told me in 3 to 4 days it would be resolved and they would re-ship my package. OK no problem. Nearly 3 weeks later I have called repeatedly and gotten the same response until today I called to cancel my order for a refund and not only do they tell me it'll be another 3 to 4 days for that they have no record or reason why I have yet to receive my package. Nearly 3 weeks later I have called repeatedly and gotten the same response, or an automated response that they weren't taking calls (during the week/normal business hours), until today. I called to cancel my order for a refund and, not only do they tell me it'll be another 3 to 4 days for that, they have no record or reason why I have yet to receive my package. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Horrible customer service and apparent lack of knowledge or truth about the situation. I've shopped at spencer's for years and never had such terrible experience. Obviously, I should have stuck to shopping in person. If they offered items in store I would have.

Wow this exactly happened to me. They need better online service period. This is so embarrassing for the company but I doubt they care.
