Petco

I have made several inquiries to the Dog Training Center at the Petco located in Carrollton Tx, at Josey Lane. There has been no response to my inquiries, even after discussing the issue with the store manager or the person representing themselves as the store manager.

My last inquiry was number 5, at which I told them my next contact would the corporate office if I did not hear back from someone. As you can tell no one contacted me back.

Unfortunately, I believe you have lost me as a customer, there are way too many other pet shops that I am sure have better customer service.

Also I am filing a complaint with the BBB regarding employment opportunities. At the same store there was an opening in the grooming shop. Upon my inquiry I mentioned that my husband was a music minister at church and I was unable to work Wednesday night and Sunday mornings due to religious affiliation and the fact that my husband is partially blind, and I do the driving. the unfortunate response was that other people have the right to time off and they cant give me special consideration.
