View all 410 complaintsTexas Roadhouse - noise of other customers in the establishment ruined my ability to enjoy my dinner
My husband and i went to eat dinner at this establishment on 7-19-19. We were seated at Table 601/1 and our Waiter was Anthony. Anthony was a great waiter and we were very pleased with his service, however there was a big crowd at a table nearby that was so loud you could not even think or enjoy your meal.
I know this is not an issue of Texas Roadhouse, but that room we were in is specifically for larger crowds, and I wish I had asked to sit elsewhere. We were there for an hour and i walked out with a massive headache and my ears hurting due to all the noise the disrespectful crowd. They yelled, they laughed very loud and never gave a care about those around them who were TRYING to enjoy a meal.
I just wanted to state my issue. When i go pay and eat at a restaurant, i expect to enjoy the experience. This was NOT a pleasant experience
