If I could give this company 0 stars I certainly would . On January 6, 2022, When I went to 7 eleven to get some gas, the gas clump was completely stuck, and there was a massive spill all over my car, clothes, and the gas
almost got directly in my eye . The address at this 7 eleven is 1160 Portsmouth Blvd, Suffolk Va, 23434. Because of this, I had to take off work, my hours were deducted, my total balance was incorrect, and insufficient. The 7 eleven manager had gave me their insurance company number known as Broad Spire Insurance company. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with Broad spire insurance company . The address of this company is 1503 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Dallas, TX 75234. When I called directly over the phone to inform a Broad Spire Team Specialist, I was directly hung up not only once but twice . After patiently calling back and waiting on hold for a manager, no one has responded back to my emails or phone calls . It seemed as if this insurance company were completely ignoring all of my phone calls. It is the supervisor and the insurance claim representative job to make sure the insurance claims are being verified and taken care of. This insurance claim has been going on for approximately close to 3 weeks, it could have been directly been prevented, if this matter was already taken care of. It is truly a shame, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to purposely not return a customer claim response phone call or email back . I am highly disappointed to have been treated this way and believe that this incident should be made an aware of.
