Jack In The Box

I visited the Jack in the box on Bonnie view inside shell station located at 7410 Bonnie view Rd on 8.10.21 at 12:30pm and the Hispanic manager exhibited hurtful, racist, unprofessional, demeaning and very poor customer service. I placed an order for 3 number 4's with sprites to drink. Very simple I thought. The lady kept asking on the speaker what was the fourth drink. I told her I only needed 3. I ask the lady to repeat my order to make sure it's correct and she got upset and stated that I needed to get out of her line. I pulled to the window, and initially she didn't open the window. So, I got the number to report her off the window. Then she opened the window screaming and very confrontational saying, "What do you want free food or something?" I was so shocked as to why initially she was so upset. She stated I was on food stamps. That's false. I'm not on food stamps and placed an order for food so what do you mean I want free food are you serious. If I was on food stamps that is also nothing to be ashamed of. This is just nothing that should have come out of her mouth. She also stated she makes more money than me as well. That was irrelevant to me. How could you possibly know where I work? I could be a federal agent or secret shopper for all she knew. Is that how jack in the box teaches and train their managers to speak to your customers? What does that have to do with anything. Is it because there are bums everywhere and you are in a predominately black neighborhood? So, these people don't deserve respect? They deserve to be treated that way? Absolutely not. I mean we can compare education and salary at another time. Just because I'm black doesn't mean I'm on food stamps. This lady needs to be fired. This is a poor representation of Jack in the box. When asked her name she told me she doesn't have a name and get out of her drive thru. This is the most unprofessional representation of your company, and she should not be allowed to work with customers. I do not know what caused this behavior, but I felt completely disrespected with my daughter in the car. This jack in the box is in a predominantly black community speaking to customers this way is unacceptable, unprofessional, condescending, and flat out Racist. Maybe I caught her at a bad time but whatever she is experiencing to display this sort of behavior should be left at home. I would like a full investigation of this matter and this store and the manager needs extreme discipline. Please advise.
