I went to the Lids in Golden Triangle Mall. The employee Keion asked did I need something and I told him that I had a return. He didn’t say anything else and went on to help someone else. There were other customers in line and he failed to address us. He finally spoke to another gentleman (which I was standing there before him). I said I was in life first and the employee rudely told me the other guy was there. The other customer kept saying I could go before him and I kept tellin him he could go. The employee did everything he could to not try to check me out. I was no longer speaking to him and he begins to say he’s not gonna deal with disrespect. I began talking to the other customer and Keion is continuing to speak to me rudely and then says he doesn’t have to deal with this, etc. he then began telling the other customer about people being rude and etc. just kept going unnecessarily. I then told its a way to provide customer service and he failed to do his job and address customers etc like he was supposed to. I then told him he just needed to refund me my money. He took the hat out of the bag and looked at my receipt like he was going to refund me. He then “claims” there’s a mark on the hat by the white which is a lie. Then told me he wasn’t refunding me because of that. Hat has never been worn and was in the bag. He came up with an excuse to not refund me my money because he had an attitude about his lack of customer service. Completely rude and unacceptable behavior for an employee! I don’t come into Lids often and once I get my refund I will never do business with your store again due to employees like him!
Desired outcome: Employee needs to be reprimanded for his behavior and I want my refund which should have been done in the first place.
