I drove up to this Sonic location at 10:59PM. Their website says their hours are 6AM-12AM, so I figured they'd be open another hour. When I pull in, all the lights on the screens turn off. I pushed the red button and the lady told me "sorry we're closing for the night." I suggested that maybe they "should update their website." She told me that was "out of their control." As I pulled out, I heard her yell in the speaker "Have a nice night, b****!"
I thought that response was uncalled for and highly unprofessional. I work in fast food and would have been written up for ever thinking of talking to a customer like that. Especially over something like business hours which seems like a very reasonable concern.
Please talk to your employees. I should never have to leave a place of business feeling attacked and still confused. The world needs more KIND people.
