The Salvation Army USA - Joanne GonzalezStaff

My name is Charlie Padilla-Hindes and hopefully I'm still a resident till [protected] when I first came into the program I was told it was 3 mos and now it's 2. What makes me so curious is why are there still residents there that were there already there when I got submitted. I'm disabled and condemned to a cane the rest of my life so how does that work? Ms. Gonzalez, who I'm told is the residents' caseworker! How does that work that in my two mo duration she's never consulted with me. She claims that she posted memos, but the staff never informs. I got a part-time job, told a staff member and she's never consulted back. Another thing I'm having difficulty understanding is all residents must leave by 9:00 a.M. And still some or more than some stay back. Those are the healthy, normal ones too. I'm disabled with a cane and suffered head trauma, but yet I'm the bad guy! Talk about people with weak character and altered judgement. The good thing is this supposed caseworker gave me one more week but was hoping till the end of month so can get my place, I've been looking everyday but nothing yet so please if this matter can get some immediate attention ID sure would appreciate it. Plus! Do all residents have legal documents? And how does that work where a resident can leave for like a week and come back, I'm curious because was never told of this process if so wouldn't be here. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Investigation.

The Salvation Army USA - Non enforcement of rules!

All residents at 8am or after 8am after completing the chores aren't exiting the building, and are coming back in and staying in before 5 pm. This isn't fair-

Desired outcome: Not fair if all residents have to leave!

The Salvation Army USA - There sevice staff is so rude

I was staying at the salvation army in El Paso TX I was kicked out staff called police for the reason that I didn't want to get out of building. I had an ER paperwork stating about my health issue I was having problems with my back and couldn't walk these lady name Ms Martha and her family members which work there too started making up stories about my children and I so they could use it against my will. These man which I have never seen while my stay came to me in a really disrespectful way and threw us out with out even giving a right to explain my situation and just went with the statement Ms Martha and her daughter in law where making up. His name is Mr Arreola these place don't even give higuine supplies at all! And we see people donations every day! Eeeeevery day! Plus they throw out people from building in a really disrespectful way cause they have and ignorant rule which everyone has to leave the place from 8 am to 4:30 pm and it's horrible to be roming the streets here in El Paso temperatures here rise to a 100° or more. The same day I was kicked out and incident happened were a 3 yr old boy felt into a sewer drainage and Mr Arreola wasn't even around! Why!? We don't know, he had the nerve to come to me and throw me out but he didn't had the guts to come out and see the incident that happened outside. These shelter has to go threw and investigation cause it's a family which work there and don't even care about the people who stay there. We all have rights and these people are abusing it!
