I went to the Victra/Verizon on September the 6th to buy a new phone. I was told there was a promotion and with my new Iphone XR i could get either a Apple Watch or Ipad for free. I said I didn't need either one but was told I had to take pick one. I then said again this is free? I was told again yes and I picked the Ipad. I should have taken a better look at the contract. I was in a hurry and that will never happen again. I was charged $470 for the Ipad I didn't want. The associate's name is Ismael. I am just disgusted by the selling tactics that young man is using to get commission. I have notified the Manager and they are going to take the Ipad back of course I am getting charged money for them to take it back. Please retrain your employees to be better customer service representatives.
