have a complaint about the store in Floydada tx store #2050 the store isn't very clean for one and I talk to the manager and let her know that the crushed ice maker on foundation drink machine is not working and she stated she already knew but had forgot to report it but she would do that the next day because she had just finished her shift but she was there talking with the other people hat were on the clock and they were on their phone while I was standing there waiting to be cashed out but they rather be on phone then to do their job and back to the ice machine it has been broken for a week and still hasn't and the both mountain dew drinks on fountain have been out for over a week and I let them know and still haven't been switched out and they can't say they are too busy or understaffed because they on their phones instead of doing what they have to

The store doesn't even smell clean like if they don't mop daily and if they do happen to mop they only mop the middle of the floor. And I was in the store one day a man went into the store and walked to the back of the store grab a soda that he wanted because the shelf in the cooler was empty and the workers don't even stock up the cooler it's never full of the products because they are too lazy to stock it up the shelves too they are always kinda empty but all the products are in the back and not getting sold because the manager doesn't do her job correctly and get the crew to stock it's not their fault it's management because if they did their job then the crew will do their job and then all the shelves and coolers would be fully stocked so Allsups can sell their products and make money and they will have they fountain drink machines working and making money instead they are losing money because it is broken and drinks are out just pouring out carbonated water please get the crushed ice maker fixed and mountain dew sodas switched out asap that's why me and family would go every day to get now we are going to have to go to another store because they haven't fixed the problem
