CiCi's Pizza - service / product

Well I I reserved tables for today 10-13-2019 I got to the location everything was great but as I was soon enjoying my meal I look and see my party guess craming in because they happen to book 2 party's in an hour apart I was never let known or told that I had an hour to eat and cake and gifts I feel like I was robbed of my fist daughter's birthday due to someone's negligence... I would like for someone to contact me asap to resolve
