4 days ago, last Monday 17 June 2023 , the transmission stopped working and the truck was ruined through the transmission and it no longer wanted to work anymore and the truck is part of my job and what I am saying is that I take it through the tow truck from Dallas to go to the Saginaw workshop, on Avenida de Plumón and I left it there because the truck arrived around 7 at night and the next day you can talk to the manager so they can find out what had happened If in a new transmission it doesn't even have 20 it doesn't even have 20,000 trips and I paid almost $10,000 and the only thing I receive from the manager is pure lies and in a nervous way, I asked him to fix my truck Because it takes me very, very few miles for it to pass so that the transmission has broken for no reason, I tried to tell you. What happened and in a way he refused to fix it and I asked him for a document where it said that the one that the guarantee was behind, was finished or that the guarantee did not cover it and I told him that I needed to see documents where he told me that the guarantee was uncovered and he became very aggressive and nervous, telling me pure lies. I called again a few minutes ago today and the only thing I received was bad treatment and the only thing he told me was that he was going to send the tow truck to open the truck and the truck has to be adjusted and I the way. I paid $8000 and I need to see evidence where it tells me it's out of warranty and I need it fixed because it's a new transmission, it's a new transmission and the only thing it did was very aggressive AND very rude. Is this telling me what the truck is? He was going to take it away that the truck had to be picked up, that is, he was going to send the tow truck to take it away and it does not seem fair to me that he is making us responsible for that when he I asked for the tests and I have the receipts of what I paid and everything I did and once the transmission failed for not putting the oil in it and this time it failed again with 20,000 it is to make a new transmission So I am asking I know that they treat me in a good way because I paid almost $9,000 there for part of that and the only thing I received right now was mistreatment And I told him and I have some receipts and I have what he says he proves He did it and it was done in a very bad way and the only thing I asked for was an answer, if all I received was mistreatment and he threatened to tell me that the truck was going to be towed away tomorrow.
Desired outcome: I hold him responsible for what happens to the truck, because the teacher has to fix it from there, because that's where they paid the $10,000 And if it broke very quickly in a new transmission, it's less than 20,000 miles, it's the truck ,

I had the worst experience here. I talked to Anthony on the phone made an appointment for 8:30 and got a quote. I made it there at 8:25 only to find out that Anthony wasn't even there and they didn't even know I was coming. Sitting there for a good 30 minutes before anyone even talked about what was going to be done with my car or anything else, I had to go up to them to find out what was going on. Left my car there at 9:05. I was told I'd be called in 30 minutes for what was going to be done, never heard from them until I, MYSELF, had to call them at around 3. Only to find out that they were charging me nearly $200 more than the agreed price. I was told that they had not even started on my car! (A process that averages about 3 hours to fix) I'm annoyed by now so I cancel and I was told a call would be made to let me know whenever it's ready so that they can put my parts back on and a half service fee was charged (no big deal) once again, no call was made. I called again and went to get my car. Worst service ever. Can't believe this happened to me. Called around found out that the car part I needed was way less than they said it was after looking at the quote I was given. Found service at Service First Automative, way cheaper and faster.
