I have typed 3 times. Went to get service yesterday.
Hair cut awful. No curls... Look like heck.
What can I do. I went in today to get refund on mastercard and the stylist said no, we don't give refund. Didn't offer to correct the terrible mess he made.
Please help. I am 88 and look like #1 scarecrow for halloween.
You say message too short. Well, here goes. I went in today, nov. 12, stylist said no refund. I wasn't about to let him do anything because he isn't qualified or I could at least see one curl today. Hair is so awful that a stylist told me today she would fix it and not charge.
When I pay $72 for service I expect to leave satisfied. After he wet and rinsed hair, took off towel, asked if I wanted blow dry. I said no (I knew what would happen) and he didn't offer to pick, comb or brush hair. I walked out in the dark cool air - at 6:30 pm-
what do I do now. A stylist has offered to fix it but I can not afford to pay twice. 2 yrs ago I went in same place, different stylist-a lady, she rolled my hair for perm, then cut loose hair with razor so it would stay on curler. That was about 2 yrs ago. This time different stylist and I gave him a chance. But, will not be back-along with lots of others at this salon.

I went in to smart style, clifford st, white settlement. I told the stylist I wanted hair cut and perm.
What I got is a total disaster. Haircut awful, no curls.
I have gotten perms since 1940. This is worst of them all. Hair is so awful that I am ashamed to go out.

I just paid $274 for a perm three days ago, that is now just wavy and straight…I am so disappointed. I haven’t written twice to get some kind of resolution in this, but not even a reply. How the heck are they still even getting any business? Between the horrible perm and customer service…please don’t go there!
