My Name is Dale Batson and my wifes name is Pam Batson and we have always been Fords biggest fan. We have bought Fords for over 40 years 15 to 20 of them in the last 3 years. I buy them for myself and my Company. We would still be buying them if I had not been left holding the Bag but we will never buy another one. Ford Knew there was a problem with the 2 piece stems on the 2018 F350 and anyone bringing them in now inside of 2 year mark get rims for free to repair problem. I was charged $490.00 because I was just outside of the 2 year warranty mark by the time Ford aknowledged my problem. It Didnt matter that I bought exstra warranty you were not going to stand by it. It also did not matter that the dealership was putting air in my tires within 2 weeks of getting my truck. Then the dealership replaced stems free inside of 2 years saying that should fix it., Even replaced 2 of them a couple of times so everyone knew there was a problem already . Turns out water had gotten in tire on production which causes pitting of the rim and the tire will not seal on the 2 piece stem.
I brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotationI and the dealership informed me I was outside 2 year of warranty and I now had to pay for stems to be replaced I thought this was unfair with them knowing I had a problem already and complained to them. The Dealership said I had to escalate this complaint by taking it to to Ford so I called the 866-631-3788 number I was provided and talked to Candice who wanted to be all helpful in the begining but then became Judge, Jury and Executioner saying I need to pay for a FORD problem when I asked to speak to her supervisor she stated she didnt have one and I could take deal or leave it.(I later learned when I couldnt reach her to resolve the problem from another represenative she does have a supervisor so she lied to me.) I did not want to be walking around on foot so I agreed to pay $490.00 for the replacement of my Rims. While I was waiting to be set up for an appointment I was airing my tires daily. . If Ford wanted to make this right I should have never been charged for a pre-exsisting problem that Ford knew about and refunded in full. The dealership that finished the repair is Mac Hiak Ford in Georgetown Texas 500 south Austin Ave. and Trevor was my representative from quick lanes.

So in conclusion it is sad Ford does not appreciate my business and over $490 dollars I will be taking my business to Chevy or Dodge as I am a retired military man of principal and I've lost faith in Ford.
