Scheduled on line on 11.1.21 for heater check. Ahs debited my account for $75.00 the following day. After finding out that the request was forwarded to Everyday Heating and Cooling I cancelled the call since this is the most dishonest company to do business with. I cancelled the request on 11.4.21 via phone and requested a refund for the paid fee of $75.00 since the assigned co never phoned us or showed up. this is the second time that this co. did not respond.
To get to the point, today is 12.15.21 and I still have not received my refund. I called AHS once every week to no avail. I have asked the reps I spoke with to make a note not to schedule Everyday Heating and Cooling under any circumstances in the future. The worst of the worst.
Also, I am losing my patience with Ahs. The same answers every week. It will take 6to 8 days for the refund to show up in your account, that what the reps told me.
One co. I definitely won't do business with, the other co. Is questionable after 12 years.
Desired outcome: Immediate refund of $75.00
