My son and I purchased a 2020 Tahoe ($60, 000) from Sterling McCall in Houston Texas. I co-signed for the reason his credit was at 696 so he had ask me sign which I did on the condition that once the dealership paid off his trade-in he was told his credit score would go up. I told the salesperson that that would be the only reason I sign and I was told with full confidence that my son's score would go up and it didn't. He was told several times that once his credit score went up we could refinance, make his payments lower and take my name off. Well six months later with getting the runaround nothing has happened plus his score went down. My point is my son would of never purchased the vehicle and I would never co-sign if we knew that everything told to us was a flat out lie. The business transaction was nothing but a big lie to get a sale and a big commission for the salesman.
Desired outcome: Reprimanded for deceiving us on this sale
Chevrolet - driver side front door and rear door applique trim is coming loose.
On March 21 2016 Munday Chevrolet techs replaced my left side applicque trim. They became loose during highway speed. My Suburban had 18347 miles on it.
While on a trip I noticed that they are again loose. My Suburban now has 50345 miles.
I took my unit to Sterling McCall for service on Mat 23, they informed me that the side applique are not a warranity item from GM. When I purchased the unit I bought the extended warranity, 5 years 100000 miles. They told me that it would cost me $625.00 to replace the appliques on the left side. Since they relpaced them I think that they should replace them at no cost to me. If it is a bad design them GM should cover the cost to replace them, if it's a techenican problem then Sterling McCall should replace them.
